Why bother with a maintenance plan?

How is a maintenance visit different from a service call?

Can I cancel my plan?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel anytime. Annual plans can be canceled with a prorated refund of unused months.
Do you cover commercial systems?

What if a maintenance visit finds a major problem?
We document the finding with photos and a recommendation, present options including repair vs. replacement, and let you decide. There is no upsell pressure during maintenance visits — they are not commissioned.
